Our goal at MyAutoEvents.com is to make your registration experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you registered and on your way to events as quickly as possible. . Each entry that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth by the event host.
All entry fees are stated in U.S. Dollars.
MyAutoEvents.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. MyAutoEvents.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal payments funded by all PayPal provided payment methods (various credit cards, online eChecks, or direct balance transfers).
Who You Are Buying From
MyAutoEvents.com acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you submit an entry ("Event Providers"). When you purchase an entry to an event, MyAutoEvents.com handles the registration process and collects payment on behalf of the Event Provider.
Pricing and Availability
MyAutoEvents.com processes entries on behalf of promoters, clubs, schools, and venues, which means MyAutoEvents.com does not set the entry fees, define the entry data collected, or choose the venue for the event. Entries are generally accepted through several methods including online, by phone, by mail, or walk-up the day of the event as determined by the Event Provider. Popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional entries may be available prior to the event, however MyAutoEvents.com does not control this decision nor manage any "wait-list" process.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your entry has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may have occurred during the entry process. MyAutoEvents.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an entry was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Entry Processing Fees
Entries submitted through MyAutoEvents.com are subject to a non-refundable per entry processing fee. The associated fees may be included in the entry fee quoted by the Event Provider or an additional charge added to the base entry fee. When the processing fee is an additional charge on top of the base entry fee, this information will be clearly marked on the event detail listing.
Billing Information Verification
Entries are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an entry request that can delay processing and confirmation. In these cases, MyAutoEvents.com customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If MyAutoEvents.com is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, MyAutoEvents.com may cancel your request and may sell your spot at the event to another customer.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for an entry is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to submit an entry before or after its scheduled registration period, or you are able to submit an entry to an event that was not supposed to accept online registration, then: MyAutoEvents.com will have the right to cancel that entry request and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether this occurred because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site or other MyAutoEvents.com operated system.
Refunds and Cancellations
Before submitting an entry, carefully review the event date and your registration details. Independant policies set forth by our clients, including promoters, clubs, schools, and venues prohibit MyAutoEvents.com from processing cancellations or refunds after an entry has been submitted. In most cases, a refund or credit towards a future event is available from the hosting organization, however you must contact them directly to submit your cancellation request and explore the available alternatives. In the circumstance that a refund is due, that refund will be issued directly by the hosting organization (most likely by check) and not by MyAutoEvents.com.
MyAutoEvents.com DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ENTRIES DUE TO THE INABILITY OF THE ENTRANT TO ATTEND A PARTICULAR EVENT. ALL ENTRY CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE EVENT PROMOTER, CLUB, SCHOOL, OR VENUE AND ARE SUBJECT TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.
Cancelled and Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, club, school, or venue. Should this occur, the promoter, club, school, or venue will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online.
MyAutoEvents.com typically only offers refunds based on event cancellation and ONLY based on the promoter's, club's, school's or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, club's, school's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter's, club's, school's or venue's discretion.
When MyAutoEvents.com issues a refund, it will issue a refund of the entry fee value paid (or, if a discounted entry, then instead the discounted entry fee paid). In no event will processing fees or any other fees or amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the entry. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
If an event is cancelled, please contact the event promoter, club, school, or venue for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.
When submitting any inquiry concerning an entry, cancellation, or refund request, please make sure to include/provide your account id and email address so that your inquiry can be answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
